Here at Brooks Construction our main clients are large housing associations across the South. We have showcased a little bit about each of them below and the sort of works we carry out for them. 

Guinness Property/Partnership

In 2015 we started worked for Guinness and have enjoyed a very good working relationship ever since. Carrying out all works from Groundworks to complete kitchen refurbishments there isn’t anything that we haven’t been trusted to carry out for them over the past 6 years.

Southern Housing Group

In 2019 we started our work with Southern Housing Group, since then we have worked on big projects across the areas that they cover. This included a block paving project in Guildford and you will be able to see some pictures of this job over the next few pages.

Pyramid Plus

For almost 10 years now we have been working with Pyramid Plus on their day-to-day maintenance projects. We have also worked alongside Pyramid on their planned works schedule and have showcased some of these works over the next few pages. 

MPS Housing

We have been working with MPS housing for many years through their different branches. The main branch we work with at the current time is on an external fabrication contract. These works include brickwork, roofing, rendering etc. We have also been involved in kitchen and bathroom works with MPS housing. We have often carried out Void works for MPS Housing. These voids range with the amount of works required, weather it be just a re-decoration of the property or a full rip out and re-install. We have also worked on emergency call outs on plumbing and electrical jobs.
